Requirements

• Plan and direct medium- to large-size environmental planning and compliance projects
• Prepare, plan and analyze/review technical studies, permit applications, environmental planning studies, environmental assessments/impact analysis
• Research and interpret scientific literature, regulatory programs, guidance, and applications
• Collect project-related data
• Conduct environmental impact assessments
• Manage or coordinate specialty sub consultants or consultant team members
• Define the level of environmental analysis required
• Assist in preparation for and participation in public information meetings and hearings
