Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of their people across Australia. The role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Requirements
- Act as a visible champion for health, wellbeing and safety
- Support safety planning, deliver health and safety training, review safety documentation and contribute to initiatives across a range of projects and sectors
- Conduct regular site inspections and HSE audits to monitor compliance
- Prepare reports to support ongoing HSE efforts
- Provide advice and recommendations to senior leadership on HSE matters
- Chair the Australian Safety Committee, prepare safety performance reporting, support SH&E program implementation, and assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Foster and promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
