Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large, complex, "I" occupancy Healthcare projects and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Lead a multidiscipline team
- Perform layout and detailing on architectural projects
- Establish owner/client and internal meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
- Conduct work sessions at project site
- Coordinate workload of team members
- Review architectural documents
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
- Write and edit architectural specifications
- Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines
