Senior Project Manager Engineering (Wastewater)

As a Senior Project Manager Engineering at HDR, you'll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. You'll support the development and implementation of strategies/initiatives for municipal water/wastewater clients, and lead multidiscipline projects with a high degree of technical complexity.

Requirements

• Support the development and implementation of strategies/initiatives for municipal water/wastewater clients
• Be client facing as this role will be a key conduit between the client and HDR design teams
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of small to large multidiscipline projects with a high degree of technical complexity
• Supervise large project staffs and act as a mentor for less-experienced engineers and project managers
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
• Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
• Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews
• Implement QA/QC procedures
• Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans
• Maintain professional engineering registration
• Perform other duties as needed
