Senior Project Manager (Pump Station & Pipeline)

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Pump Station & Pipeline group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of mid-sized and large pump station and pipeline projects. Requirements

• Planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of mid-sized and large pump station and pipeline projects
• Leading engineering/process design, project coordination, and determining and writing engineering specifications
• Establishing client relations and leading marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
• Coordinating staffing/workload through the entire project's development to complete documents on schedule and within budget
• Implementing QA/QC procedures and executing training for personnel
• Mentoring local project staff and participating in business development, including client interaction, proposal development, and participation in professional societies
