Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead project teams and provide technical expertise on civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years of design experience, and a professional engineering license.
Requirements
- Leading project teams of 2-3 engineers
- Providing technical expertise and project oversight
- Designing and planning production for civil engineering projects
- Preparing stormwater management designs and reports
- Providing design coordination with other engineering disciplines
- Preparing specifications and contract documents
- Assisting project teams with procurement of site development approvals and permits
- Preparing quantity take-off calculations and cost estimates
- Performing complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures
