Senior Structural Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Building Engineering Services Group. As a technical expert, you'll help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive.

Requirements

• Serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in structural engineering as it relates to projects
• Plan and develop projects or design activities
• Plan, organize and supervise work of medium to large staff of professionals and technicians
• Serve as Project Manager on larger projects
• Prior experience with water / wastewater projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years structural engineering experience as it relates to building design
• Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
• Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar analytical software
• Experience in design calculations and layouts
• Ability to design and detail in steel, concrete, masonry and wood
• Requires understanding of gravity analysis and lateral analysis
• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
