Job Description
As a Senior Structural Engineer at HDR, you will design and assist on projects, oversee and direct CAD/Revit Technicians and Junior/Graduate Engineers, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar analytical software
- Experience in design calculations and layouts
- Ability to design and detail in steel, concrete, masonry and wood
- Understanding of gravity analysis and lateral analysis
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
- Good knowledge and use of appropriate project and structural design analysis software such as Revit and Tekla
- Ongoing pursuit of Chartered status and/or business qualifications where applicable
