Job Description
As a Senior Traffic Engineer at HDR, you will help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You will lead the design of traffic engineering projects to support clients while prioritizing safety, health, and welfare of the public.
Requirements
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification
- Road Safety Professional (RSP) certification
- Proficiency in Synchro SimTraffic and/or PTV Vissim
- Experience with MassDOT, CTDOT, RIDOT, MBTA, and Massachusetts municipalities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation OpenRoads
- Experience in project management and/or lead traffic engineering responsibilities
