Job Description
Senior Traffic Engineer at HDR, leading planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation projects. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, traffic modelling, simulation, and analytical studies, as well as project management and client engagement.
Requirements
- Provide senior-level technical leadership and design oversight
- Oversee and review traffic modelling, simulation, and analytical studies
- Serve as a subject matter expert and recognised authority in traffic engineering
- Plan, assign, organise, and supervise the work of teams of engineers, designers, and technicians
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Support project planning and delivery activities
- Engage with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
- Contribute to proposal and fee development, technical approaches and work plans
- Assist in the development and growth of the HDR UK Transportation business
