Requirements
- Establish and maintain client relations
- Manage detailed designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for water and wastewater systems
- Plan, direct, and monitor large multidiscipline projects
- Supervise large project staffs
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development
- Serve as Principal, Technical Manager, or Quality Control Reviewer on projects and pursuits
- Coordinate staffing and workload
- Implement and direct staff on proper use of QA/QC procedures
