Job Description
At HDR, we are seeking a Solid Waste Planner 2 to help shape solid waste infrastructure and environmental stewardship. The successful candidate will develop long-range waste management strategic plans for municipalities, research and evaluate alternate diversion and disposal technologies and programs, and foster client relationships through marketing and preparation of proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the areas of recycling, composting, sustainability, and waste management
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field
- A minimum of 5 years environmental experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities
