Structural Engineer

As a Structural Engineer at HDR, you will be part of a team that designs critical infrastructure for the digital age, shaping spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. You will work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering experts to solve complex design challenges. Your contributions will directly support technological advancement, sustainability, and human experience.

Requirements

• Prepare structural analysis models using software such as ETABS, RAM Structural system, SAFE, and Risa.
• Develop digital building models and details in Revit.
• Work independently on medium to large projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
• Review structural documents for conflict with other disciplines.
• Write and edit structural specifications, select procedures, materials, and their respective sizes, and complete necessary calculations.
• Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.
• Perform site visits and structural observation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
