Job Description
HDR is looking for a Substation Engineering Manager to lead teams and execute engineering and design components of projects. The Substation Engineering Manager has broad technical knowledge and experience with design and construction of high voltage electrical switchyard and substation projects up to 500kV.
Requirements
- Develops a partnership with the PM
- Develops and implements a project execution plan
- Assigns project tasks and provides technical guidance
- Coordinates and/or performs quality checks and reviews
- Works independently and may direct, mentor, or train team members
