Substation Engineering Manager

HDR is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to develop a partnership with Project Managers, work closely with technical leadership team, and develop project execution plans. The role involves coordinating quality checks, assigning project tasks, and supporting technical aspects of scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Develops a partnership with Project Managers
• Works closely with technical leadership team
• Develops and implements a project execution plan
• Assigns project tasks and provides technical guidance
• Supports technical aspect of scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinates and/or performs quality checks and reviews
• Works independently and directs/may direct one or more Project Engineers, EIT’s, or CADD/Designers
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
• Works with senior engineers and technical leaders
• Participates in project reviews as needed
