Job Description
HDR is looking for a Substation Engineering Manager/Team Lead to join their Power Delivery team. The role involves leading technical teams, executing project deliverables, and developing project execution plans. The ideal candidate has a broad technical knowledge and experience in design and construction of high voltage substation projects.
Requirements
- Develops a partnership with a PM
- Develops and implements a project execution plan
- Assigns project tasks and provides technical guidance
- Supports the technical aspect of scope, schedule, and budget
- Works with local area and practice leadership to hire and supervise a team
- Coordinates and/or performs quality checks and reviews
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Works with senior engineers and technical leaders
- May assist with developing technical papers and/or presentations
