Job Description
HDR is seeking multiple Substation Project Managers/Team Leads to join their Power Delivery team in Texas. As a team lead, you will manage and lead substation projects, build and lead a team of substation design professionals, and have the opportunity to grow a high-performing team to execute projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
