Substation Project Engineer

HDR is looking for a Substation Project Engineer to join their team. The role involves preparing scopes, schedules, and budgets, designing substation physical and protection systems, and coordinating project activities.

Requirements

• Support preparing scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Develop and deliver physical substation designs
• Develop and deliver protection and control designs
• Prepare electrical calculations for studies and reports
• Prepare equipment specifications for procurement
• Coordinate design activities with other departments
• Effectively communicate and coordinate project activities
• Conduct QA/QC on the work of other Engineers, Project Coordinators or Designers
• Perform other duties as needed
