Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Designer I to evaluate and apply state-of-the-art low voltage technology systems, techniques, procedures, designs and modifications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a combination of education and relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Requirements
- Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art low voltage technology systems, techniques, procedures, designs and modifications
- Understand technology infrastructure systems, including communications structured cabling, outside plant systems and fiber-optic systems
- Assist in preparation construction documents and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
