Transit Strategic Program Growth Director

HDR is seeking a Transit Strategic Program Growth Director to support the growth of our transit engineering, rail and transit systems, operations and maintenance facilities programming and planning business classes and associated practice groups within our growing Transportation Business Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required along with a Professional Engineering license (P.E.)
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing and enhancing transportation client relationships throughout the complete life cycle of project delivery
• Experienced in the development and management of diverse teams
• Must have well-developed analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
