HDR is seeking a Transportation Engineer to work on project coordination, design management, financial and schedule monitoring, stakeholder engagement and negotiations, quality management, and create high-quality design solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Prepare road alignments, cross-sections, active transportation design, grading models, drainage designs, storm sewer network layouts, quantity estimates, cost estimates, project documentation, and specifications
- Coordinate designs with the rest of the multidisciplinary team
- Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination of projects
- Support engagement externally and negotiation with key project stakeholders and clients
- Prepare work plans and schedules in coordination with project managers and other disciplines
- Assist in pursuit of opportunities and preparation of proposals (content generation, schedule, and fee estimates)
