Job Description
HDR is seeking a Transportation Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure initiatives across the islands of Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, leadership, and business development, and will be committed to HDR's employee-owned culture.
Requirements
- Lead large, complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through completion
- Oversee multiple high-impact projects at once while keeping quality, budgets, and schedules on point
- Strengthen client relationships and take an active role in business development, proposals, and strategic planning
- Guide collaborative design sessions with your team, partners, and community stakeholders
- Manage staffing and project workloads with a sharp eye on deliverables and deadlines
- Monitor project finances, lead QA/QC efforts, and conduct key project reviews with operational leaders
- Mentor emerging project managers and foster a culture of excellence
