Job Description
We are seeking a Transportation Utility PM/Team Lead to supervise a team of utility staff, manage projects, and coordinate work across various projects and priorities concurrently. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 7 years of related experience, and a professional engineering license. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of 5-10 utility staff
- Manage utility-related projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture
- Project Management: Manage utility related projects
- Supervise, oversee, and manage staff's work products and deliverables
- Coordinate staff resources across various projects and priorities concurrently
- Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work effort
- Work with Transportation Utility Section Lead on staff development plans, project planning, resource planning
- Perform recruiting, training, work planning, coaching, and to further strengthen the team
- Implement QA/QC procedures
