We are seeking a Water Program Manager - Data Centers to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our Water Business Group, you will help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. The role will involve developing, coordinating, and delivering water infrastructure consulting, design projects and tasks for data center clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil or other similar engineering disciplines, and at least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years of project management experience. The position will be based in one of several locations across the US, with estimated travel of 20-30%. The expected compensation range for this position is between $120,761 and $172,515, depending on skills, experience, education and geographical location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil or other similar engineering disciplines
- At least 7 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
