Job Description
HDR is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities projects in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, client development, and technical skills in water and wastewater engineering.
Requirements
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning and large, complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning/design team throughout entire project lifespan
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
- Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate workload throughout entire project development
- Perform technical analyses and report preparation
- Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops
- Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers
