Lower School Homeroom - First grade (Long-Term Substitute)

Lower School 1st Grade Teacher (Full time to cover a family leave from August 2026 through December 2026) with skills in collaborative teaching, differentiated instruction, and technology-enhanced learning.

Requirements

• Collaborative, collegial, and flexible teacher within the Lower School with other student-focused educators
• Clear communicator with students, colleagues and parents/guardians, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrates knowledge of a child’s physical, social and emotional development
• Possesses a growth mindset, a love of learning, and patience
• Uses technology to enhance the student experience
• Practices in differentiated instruction
• Strong organizational, planning, and classroom management skills
