Headfarmer is partnering with a rapidly growing, publicly traded company seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll and benefits administration for a multi-state workforce. This role offers the opportunity to build, improve, and own critical processes in a highly visible environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 7+ years of combined payroll and benefits experience
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll, Equity and bonus payroll processing, Benefits administration and vendor coordination, Payroll compliance and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with Paycor
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with detailed reconciliations
- Experience in a public company, financial services, or SOX-regulated environment
