Coach, Yankees Baseball Summer Camps: 2025-3525

New York Yankees Baseball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13, with a focus on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. As a Coach, you'll lead small groups of campers through fun, active baseball experiences, creating an environment where campers feel supported and included.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and bringing positive energy, patience, and care to group settings
• Passionate about baseball or softball and excited to share it with campers in a way that builds confidence and joy
• Comfortable leading and supervising a small group of campers throughout the day
• Reliable, coachable, and open to learning through training, feedback, and collaboration
• Safety-minded, adaptable, and calm in active, fast-paced environments
• Dedicated to the camp's mission, program quality, and a supportive team environment for the full camp season
• Able to remain upright and standing for multiple hours at a time, walk and/or run quickly around large outdoor grass and dirt-covered fields, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of sports equipment
• Committed to adhering to and enforcing the camp's Cell-Phone Free policy, powering down and putting away cell phones for the duration of your shift
