Job Description
Nationals Baseball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, owning the family experience at camp and ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects Nationals pride and Headfirst standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an accredited undergraduate institution or equivalent educational experience
- Coursework or experience in communications, customer service, education, sport management, marketing, hospitality, youth programs or a related field preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification prior to the start of camp
