Extended Day Coordinator, Nationals Baseball & Softball Camps: 2025-3622

The Extended Day Coordinator leads the afternoon extended-day experience at Nationals Baseball & Softball Camps, ensuring a smooth and positive aftercare experience for campers and families. The role involves leading fun and engaging activities, managing schedules and transitions, and communicating with families and staff. The coordinator works closely with the site leadership team to support staff and maintain continuity.

Requirements

• At least 20 years old with two years of undergraduate coursework or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working with children in a camp, school, or youth sport program
• Possess or able to obtain valid CPR/First Aid Certification prior to the start of camp
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods, walk or run quickly across large outdoor fields, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of sports equipment
