Job Description
We're a bike shop seeking a Bike Technician to join our dynamic Tech Department. We're looking for passionate individuals who can build and repair bikes, communicate with customers, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with bicycle maintenance
- Technical aptitude and great communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with your hands and using tools regularly
- Physically up for it! Lifting bikes, climbing ladders, and moving around the store is part of the gig
- Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone
- Motivated to succeed in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
