We are looking for a Bike Technician Manager to lead our team and deliver a high level customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bicycle maintenance and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with race-level bicycle maintenance for a bike shop
- Great communication skills, problem solver, and has strong attention to details
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Thoughtful leader and shows proper self-awareness skills
- High level knowledge of bicycle mechanics and the ability to resolve bike related issues in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on the latest bike trends and technology
- Ability to stand at a bike repair stand for an entire eight-hour work shift
- Ability to use hand tools with repetitive motions, including twisting, pushing, and pulling 100% of the time
- Must be able to work weekends as part of a regular schedule
