We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Personalization to create a relevant product experience that is personalized to major audience segments, maximizing activation, retention, and LTV for specialized demographic audiences and accelerating efficient global market adoption.
Requirements
- Define and own the personalization strategy for all key segments, including both geographic and demographic.
- Manage the Localization (L10N)/Internationalization (I18N) Platform, ensuring the foundational technology supports global readiness and expansion.
- Collaborate with Design Research to spearhead efforts in investigating and prioritizing consumer expansion into new locales.
- Implement and optimize Explicit/Implicit Language of Preference (LoP) logic to deliver the right experiences in the right language.
- Drive Translation Quality Assurance processes to maintain high-quality, culturally sensitive product experiences worldwide.
- Lead Feature Prioritization for New Locales/Specialized Segments, ensuring feature parity and compliance across all markets and user groups
