Director, Clinical Product

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. As Director, Clinical Product, you'll embed behavioral health expertise into the design, governance, and evolution of our digital platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-graduate experience (PsyD, PhD, MD, or DO)
• Worked inside high-growth healthcare or digital health startups
• Partnered closely with product teams to build digital or AI-driven tools
• Experience with AI governance, risk frameworks, and clinical standards
• Deep expertise in quality, patient safety, and behavioral health operations
