Job Description
Headway is a mental healthcare company that is building a new system to make therapy more accessible and affordable. We are looking for a Director of Patient Analytics to lead our analytics organization and help us achieve our mission.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or data-driven strategy
- 6+ years of experience leading and scaling teams
- Strong marketing analytics instincts and ability to partner with Growth leaders
- Deep expertise in experimentation design, statistical inference, and causal methods
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable improvements in user experience or product performance
