Headway’s mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. As Senior Manager, FP&A, you will drive financial planning processes, support the company-wide operating model, and perform robust financial analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of strategic finance/FP&A experience at a high-growth startup
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to drill down into the weeds while maintaining a strategic lens
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in building financial models to support multiple business needs
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
