Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• certifications in mental health or related fields (preferred)
• experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting (highly desirable)
• strong observational and communication skills
• caring and empathetic approach to interacting with clients
• ability to work independently and remain vigilant during overnight hours
