Clinical Nurse Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, planning, and implementation, and quality improvement. The role works in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficient in Case Management responsibilities
• Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities
• Collaborates with other health care providers and key hospital personnel
• Consistently identifies and implements areas of improvement
• Engages in staff development and provides recognition
• Collaborates with Program Director in coordination of program objectives
• Performs patient care based on Center staffing needs
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties and chamber operator
