Job Description
Healogics is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound-related patient care in a wound care center setting. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN, preferably in a SNF or LTACH setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
- Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, to include one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting
