Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN Wound Care

The Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN Wound Care position at Healogics is responsible for providing wound-related patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider. The role involves assisting with vein clinic, intake and discharge, case management, and performing hyperbaric oxygen therapy related duties. The position requires a high school diploma, graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, and current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
• Two (2) or more years' experience as LPN/LVN, to include one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting
