Medical Front Office Coordinator

The Medical Front Office Coordinator manages front office functions and assists staff in a dynamic outpatient wound care center. They greet patients, answer calls, maintain patient communication, and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Two or more years of office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Prior medical coding experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good customer, interpersonal and communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to type 60 words per minute (wpm)
• Basic math skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
