Job Description
The part-time Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care, handle intake and discharge processes, and serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients. The RN will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, provide education to patients and caregivers, and serve as a patient advocate.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
- Wound care experience preferred
