Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care and handles intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. May also serve as Case Manager to a group of patients, performing initial nursing assessment, communicating with physicians, and evaluating patient status.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
- Wound care experience preferred
