Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Services field
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Licensed Social Work (LSW) for candidates with a Master's of Social Work, working towards Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Plan to obtain licensure within a maximum of three years
