Job Description
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides support and assistance to clients and staff, facilitating the daily facility and client schedule, monitoring client presence, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete and pass pre-employment requirements
- Understanding of the 12-steps, Refuge Recovery, and recovery literature
- Ability to set priorities and maintain accurate medical records
