Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 6 years experience in a managed care environment.
- 4 years experience of professional experience in claims, customer service, physician office or hospital, or healthcare related experience in a leadership role.
- 3 years experience in a position which requires in-depth physician/provider relations, including but not limited to, contracting and reimbursement issues.
- Knowledge of the health care industry and private business.
- Knowledge of contracts, applications, and products
- Demonstrated proficiency in provider reimbursement methods.
- Working knowledge of claims processing systems.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Working knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
