Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in Grants Pass, Medford - Oregon. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- $255,000 base salary
- Annual performance incentives of up to $40,000
