The Health Federation of Philadelphia (HFP) is dedicated to promoting health equity for marginalized communities by advancing access to high-quality, integrated, and comprehensive health and human services. HFP collaboratively supports a network of Community Health Centers and other organizations, focusing on improving healthcare quality, coordinating care, addressing health disparities, and providing professional training. Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in communications, and experience facilitating communication for a mission-oriented organization
Bilingual Child and Family Educator
2+ years of experience providing direct service to low income families, Associate degree in child development or related field, and CDA credential for Infant and Toddler Caregivers or equivalent
Research Associate
Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, public policy, demography, economics, data science, statistics, or a related field; 2-5 years of experience in public health or social science research; experience with data analysis and statistical software

Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience as a nurse care manager, with a focus on vulnerable individuals struggling with chronic physical and/or mental health conditions
Hepatitis C Outreach Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, or similar field. Relevant years of experience can be substituted for bachelor's degree
