Full-Time Outpatient Surgery Coder

Health Information Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Outpatient Surgery Coder to join their team full-time.

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Clinical Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in outpatient coding.
• Proven experience in medical coding with a strong understanding of ICD coding, CPT coding, DRG classifications, and medical billing processes.
• Familiarity with EPIC system is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to interpret clinical documentation accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
