Health Research, Inc. (HRI) contributes to the health and well-being of the people of New York State by complementing and enabling the strategic public health goals of the New York State Department of Health (DOH), Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (RPCCC), and other health-related entities. HRI provides best-in-class resource administration for stakeholders and programs related to the work and priorities of the Department of Health and its other partners. HRI does this through the provision of knowledge, expertise, funding guidance, and fiduciary oversight of sponsored program funding for public health and research programs in concert with community partnerships.

Program Research Specialist II
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or related field and 2 years of research experience
Eligibility Determination Specialist I
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience
Public Health Emergency Preparedness Representative III
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 5 years of experience, or 7 years of experience
Hourly Interviewer I
1 year of customer service experience, experience with MS Office, and fluency in English and Spanish required
Insurance and Claims Specialist
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; at least one year of customer service experience in a financial or medical field
Contract Processing Specialist III
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of fiscal or accounting experience, with experience working on contracts and reviewing and processing contract budgets and reimbursement vouchers
Hourly Project Assistant II
Current or recent graduation from a related program/field, demonstrated interest in public health and technology, experience with social media and digital tools
Associate Director
Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6-10 years of experience in management, oversight of procurement and contract administration
